PED-Y Super clear EVA film special for fabric/PET film lamination

Product Character:

1. Processing temperature condition on 120℃：Transmittance rate ≥95%；

Boiled at 100 ° C for 2 hours  without de-lamination and foaming.

2. Simple operation, saving time. Using the same operation procedure with white EVA film series, clear EVA film series.

Operation Procedure:

Sandwich film between two glasses, fix all corners with wood tape in case of displacement→Turn on vacuum pump for 5~10 minutes, make sure silicone bag no air left→Put into furnace, heating up to 60~65℃（glass surface), holding temperature 20~30 minutes→Go on heating up to 115~125℃（glass surface ), holding temperature 30 minutes →Cool down under 60℃（glass surface), then turn off vacuum pump→Open furnace,take out glass.
